In 2020, our founder was running a WooCommerce store and losing money on shipping every month. Overlapping rules, unexpected costs, and hours wasted manually updating rates. The existing plugins were either too basic (“first rule wins” approach), too expensive, or too complicated.
We asked ourselves: “Why should store owners have to guess which rules apply? Why should they lose money on shipping errors?” There has to be a better way. So in 2020, we built our solution with one simple goal: make shipping calculations 100% accurate and conflict-free. That actually detects conflicts instead of guessing.
